Ekincik Art Houses are crowning the month of May with an unforgettable event. Alpay Erdem, a cartoonist, writer, and one of the most original names in the stand-up comedy world, will be with us on May 26th!

Alpay Erdem, who for years drew cartoons in his unique style for some of Türkiye's most important humor magazines like Leman and Uykusuz, and who made his readers laugh while also making them think with his books, is now putting aside his pen and taking up the microphone. Erdem, who recounts snippets from his own life, the absurdities of daily life, and his observations in an "authentic" language, draws the audience into his story with his high-energy stage performance and sincerity. You might see him sometimes as a cycling enthusiast, sometimes as a melancholic romantic, but always as a masterful storyteller who will leave a smile on your face.

Tuesday, May 26: From Clay to Art, From Stage to Laughter – Daytime: A ceramics workshop with Verda Dilek Gümüş, and in the evening: Alpay Erdem'of stand-up A hilarious finale with a performance.
